    Prior to reaching out to tech, here are some helpful tips:

    • "My Computer is frozen". Try restarting your computer.
    • "My laptop is not charging and the cable isn't frayed". Try using a different outlet.
    • "My laptop does not connect to WiFi". Please ensure that you have configured your laptop for your home WiFi network.
