Mrs. Phayre teaches ESL classes at David E. Owens Middle School and New Milford High School. The class lessons focus on English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as American culture. Mrs. Phayre earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
